No Fuss Fun Food at Lake Cargelligo

The Widening the Circle program is again offering the very popular No Fuss Fun Food workshops being held in both Condobolin and Lake Cargelligo.

These are a series of free workshops designed to teach young parents how to make healthy and inexpensive meals that the whole family will enjoy, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

Workshop one will focus on the importance of eating breakfast and will discuss some quick and healthy ideas to get the best start to your day every morning. Workshop two will look at healthy ideas for lunch and provide ideas for school lunch boxes, while workshop three will look at some quick, cheap and health alternatives for family dinners. 

These No Fuss Fun Food workshops are being held as part of the Widening the Circle program. The Widening the Circle Program is managed by the Lachlan Shire Council and funded under the National Community Crime Prevention Program.
